Our Story
Iron Pond is where my husband and I met. Where we had a lot of our first memories, including our first kiss. Now, 13 years later, we’ve had two beautiful children who get to have a bunch of firsts here. We are excited to have others be able to make memorable moments here too!
Wedding Info
Arriving/Parking
Guests can arrive starting at 3pm the day of event. Parking is available in the field and will have attendants to help direct guests. ADA accessible parking is available.
Alcohol/Smoking
No outside alcohol is allowed on premise unless discussed. Smoking is prohibited on the trail and ceremony site. Smoking/vaping is permitted in the designate area in the field
Insurance
We do ask that you provide your own event insurance with liquor liability coverage and list our venue as additional insurance on the policy. Bar service for the day of the event are strongly encouraged.
Prohibited Areas:
Guests are not allowed to use the garage on adjacent property for any reason or adjacent property that is beyond the designated road way. No swimming is allowed in Iron pond. Please refrain from the woods around the property as well, stay on designated pathways and field.
PACKAGES
Iron Field Package $1500
Enjoy full use of the property from 8:00 am to 10:30 pm.
(Last call and last dance at 9:00 pm, with cleanup from 9:30-10:30 pm to respect the town noise ordinance.) *Event should be no longer then 6.5 hours*)
Included Amenities:
* Use of the venue the day before for setup is allow on Fridays from 9am-3pm.
- Up to 100 guests or less(reception only) and 50 guests max at ceremony site due to the space
- Includes the following:
- Use of the field, scenic wood trail, and ceremony site at Iron Pond
- ATV and Kawasaki Mule are available to be used for transporting guests to ceremony site (use only by owners)
- Preferred vendor list to help guide your planning
- Parking attendant to greet and direct guests
- Friendly, professional event staff on-site throughout your event
- Food trash removal handled by our team
- Clean, spacious portable restrooms
- 2 hour the night before for rehearsal and dinner
- Time on Sunday Morning for Clean Up 10am- 3pm.
Date Retainer Fee & Lease Agreement
In order to hold a date for a regular wedding package, we require a $750 non-refundable date retainer fee and signed lease agreement 45 days prior to event. (THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT)
Elopements $700
We host elopements on Saturday and Sunday. For $700 you will get three hours on property, you may invite up to 25 guests and bring an officiant & photographer. We provide our scenic woods trail that leads to our beautiful ceremony site by Iron Pond with an arbor and benches.
(Please note: This special elopement package does not include time for a reception and is RAIN OR SHINE. ) A signed lease agreement and date retainer fee are required to secure your elopement date.
Other Events
We are open to having baby showers, anniversary parties, birthday parties, bridal showers, or any event where you may want to rent our beautiful property. Reach out to discuss today!
